I had an induction earlier this week. I can't do my normal kickboxing & wushu just yet and probably won't be able to till I get back from carnival. I haven't done any 'formal' exercise since about 2 weeks before christmas.
Besides trying to do some last minute toning and weight loss in the gym I like to know that I exercise on a regular basis.
My running partner is behind this one and we're going together. Should be interesting.

Today at boxing Buublenut & I were practically wining to the soca instead of kicking & punching, talk about Icahwait!!!;)!!
Yesterday I was skating at an outdoor rink & near froze my toes off, was it ever windy & cold (-11°)... but I stayed on for 1 hr & 10 mins. straight, thinking of how hot my toes'll be in the sand in 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)!!!!!!!!!!!
It was actually quite funny because we thought the gym closed at 10pm when it really closed at 8.30 and we started after 8pm. I was well telling my friend "Its cool that no one is here" we still got like 20mins treadmill and almost 10 on the cross trainer lol.
I just can't risk getting hit in the face just yet. it sometimes happens with padwork even if I avoid the sparring.
Ice skating sounds like fun minus the cold lol. Your gym is play soca?
