Good 4 you exercising again. What do you think of kick boxing?
I have not been to the gym (or been watching my diet) in a month, I'm taking a rest from it all, which feels nice. Hubby & I did walk Sunday but it was -5, brrr, so we came in after 45 mins. & then I skipped, but man, my legs STILL hurt like hell from that, damn, why does it have to be so painful after you've stopped just a little while??!
Well I'm eating for England STILL! Had a bad work day and I've been eating it off.
I've been doing the kickboxing a couple of years now, I love it. Can't wait to get back into it on a regualr basis though. My back & shoulders felt it.
Hey 45mins walking is better than nothing esp since you braved the cold. Its in low teens here so I'm grateful for double figures.
